1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, other than employees of BT Group (BT, EE or Plusnet) their families or its agencies. Only one entry per person.

2. The Promoter is EE Ltd, 1 Braham Street, London, E1 8EE. Registered in England No. 245719348.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity

4. The prize is an 8 Day, 7 Night trip for the winner and up to 3 Guests to Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) in Orlando, Florida (“Trip”).

5. The Trip will include;
- Round trip economy class air transportation for each Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) to Orlando, Florida.
- Seven (7) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Terra Luna Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion).
- Non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, Florida; and
- Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks, Universal Volcano Bay water theme park, plus one (1) day admission to Universal Epic Universe, for Winner and Guests.

6. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Trip is Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirteen and 16/100 Dollars ($7,813.16). ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded.

7. The Trip must be taken between 1st September 2025 – 1st September 2026 or the Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, block out dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando and Sponsorapproval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date.

8. If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guests, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest, and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no
changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption.

9. If the winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), they must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Unless child or ward of Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set
forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges.

10. Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made
through Universal Orlando.

11. The prize is subject to availability, blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected,
impracticable, or impossible, Universal Orlando in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfillment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfillment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater
value.

12. The Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, AND Universal Volcano Bay for fourteen (14) separate calendar days. The ticket also entitles the same one (1) guest admission to Universal Epic Universe on ONE (1) separate calendar day. Ticket is valid over
a fifteen (15) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal
operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort. Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events
and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. 13. In connection with any visit to Universal Orlando Resort, please be advised that Universal’spolicies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, Guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.

14. This prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer hosted by the Promoter.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

16. Entries must be made by either;
- Completing the relevant form on the EE website: ee.co.uk/gaming/universal-trip; or
- Purchasing any Nintendo product at any EE Retail Store or online at www.ee.co.uk or www.store.ee.co.uk between 7th – 31st March 2025

17. Those who enter by purchasing a Nintendo product at an EE Retail Store will receive an additional 4 entries into the Prize Draw.

18. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random by an independent person on 30th April 2025. The winner will be notified by telephone or email on or before 28th May 2025.

19. A list of prize winners (first and last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to BT, One Braham, 1 Braham Street, London, E1 8EE on or before 28th May 2025.

20. Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter and of Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort. By entering this Prize Draw you agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interview. 22. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter’s sole discretion). Additionally, the right to select an alternative winner or disqualify any entrant that engages in inappropriate behavior in relation to this Prize Draw or acts in a way that violates any of these Terms and
Conditions.

24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the quality of service and/or facilities that winners experience at Universal Orlando. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delays, operational problems, brochure inaccuracies or other acts of default of the tour operator and/or airline.

25. Submitting an entry to this Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions and Terms. The Promoter and Universal Orlando reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this Competition or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize, or any damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this promotion.

27. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
