• your home address
• your EE account number
• your EE mobile number (if you’re writing about your mobile phone)
• your EE home phone number (if you’re writing about your home broadband)
Please also include a phone number we can call you on during the day. If you're a mobile phone customer, we'll send you a text message to confirm that we’ve received your letter. If you're a broadband customer, we'll write back to you.
