Final correspondence and refunds

If the account is in credit, we will refund the balance to the account holder's Direct Debit. If you know the Direct Debit is closed, or will be closed in the next 4 weeks, we will issue a cheque instead.

Any final correspondence will be sent to the account holder's address. If you would like it sent to a different address please provide a name and address.
