Enco Buds3 Pro with a new OPPO A6 Pro 5G

This article covers how EE customers can claim Enco Buds3 Pro when buying a new OPPO A6 Pro 5G between 6 March 2026 and 17 April 2026.

Eligibility

Any purchase of a new OPPO A6 Pro 5G from EE between 6 March 2026 and 17 April 2026.

Exclusions

Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Gifts per household. Subject to availability whilst stocks last.

How to claim

You need to go to www.OPPOstore.co.uk/claims and complete the online claim form within thirty (30) days of purchase, completing the following steps:

Upload a valid Proof of Purchase (receipt, order confirmation, order confirmation email, delivery note)

  • Enter the date of purchase.
  • Enter their personal details (name, address, mobile number, email address)
  • Enter the IMEI number of the new phone (in the case of dual SIM models, only IMEI No1 should be submitted)

If you don’t have proof of purchase, contact us, and one of our Guides will send you a One-Stop Proof Letter you can use to claim your gift.

Claims received outside of the claim period will not be eligible.

Need to know

You can see your IMEI details by dialling *#06# on your phone.

Any queries regarding claims should be sent to mailto:webcs@OPPOstore.co.uk within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

The legal bit

Claim validation will take approximately 21–28 working days. Once the claim has been validated, an email will be sent to you advising that the Claim has been approved and the Gift With Purchase will be dispatched to the address shared in the Claim form within approximately 14 days.
