Galaxy Watch Ultra with Samsung Galaxy S26

This article covers how EE customers can claim a Galaxy Watch Ultra in Blue when buying a new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra or claim a Galaxy Watch8 Classic in Black when buying a new Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus or Galaxy S26 on either a pay monthly mobile plan or SIM Free.

Eligibility

Any purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy S26, S26 Plus or S26 Ultra on either a pay monthly mobile plan or SIM Free between 30 June 2026 and 17 July 2026.

Exclusions

Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Gifts per household.

How to claim

You need to go to redeem.samsungoffers.claims/platform/ees26watch and complete the Claim form with your name, contact information, and other requested information, including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase.

Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, meaning the final claim date for purchases made on 17 July 2026 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on 15 August 2026.

If you're having issues

If you don’t have proof of purchase, contact us, and one of our Guides will send you a One-Stop Proof Letter you can use to claim your gift.

If your have not received an email acknowledgement, you must contact the Promoter by email at ees26watch@samsungoffers.claims or by phone at +44 0333 070 7724 within seven (7) days of your Claim being submitted.

The legal bit

Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim.
