Eligibility
Any purchase of a new Motorola Razr 70 Ultra on either PAYM or SIM Free between 14 July 2026 and 13 August 2026.
Exclusions
Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, up to a maximum of 10 (ten) claims per claimant. Offer limited to 250 gift bundles on a first come, first served basis.
How to claim
You need to go to https://www.redemption.motorola.com/gb/en and complete the Claim form with your name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase.
Need to know
You can see your IMEI details by dialling *#06# on your phone.

If you don’t have proof of purchase, contact us, and one of our Guides will send you a One-Stop Proof Letter you can use to claim your gift.

The legal bit
There is a 30-day cooling-off period to check and verify each Claim. If a you return a Qualifying Device because of a change of mind during this 30-day period, your Claim will be invalidated, and you will not be entitled to claim or receive a gift available under this offer.
Gift bundles will be sent to the delivery addresses provided by you as part of your Claim on the website. Each gift will be dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours and will arrive by tracked delivery within 14 days of the completion of the cooling-off period and any further verification process.
