Eligibility
Any purchase of a new OPPO Find X9 Pro either SIM Free or on an EE pay monthly mobile plan.
Exclusions
Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Gifts per household.
How to claim
You need to go to www.OPPOstore.co.uk/claims and complete the Claim form with your name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase.
Claims must be submitted within the claim period, meaning the final claim date for purchases made on 27 August 2026 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on 11 September 2026.

You can see your IMEI details by dialling *#06# on your phone.
If you're having issues
If you haven’t got an email acknowledgement of your claim, you need to contact the Promoter at www.OPPOstore.co.uk/claims within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
