Eligibility
Any purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy S26 FE on either an EE Mobile pay monthly plan or SIM Free between 4 September 2026 and 28 September 2026.
Exclusions
Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Claims per household.
How to claim
You need to go to https://samsungoffers.claims/eeS26FEwatch8 and complete the Claim form with your name, contact information, and other requested information, including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number and delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase of the Promotion Product, meaning that the final date to submit a Claim purchased on 28 September 2026 is by 23:59 (GMT) on 27 October 2026.

If you're having issues
If you don’t have proof of purchase, contact us, and one of our Guides will send you a One-Stop Proof Letter you can use to claim your gift.
If you have not received an email acknowledgement, you need to contact the Promoter by email at ees26FEwatch8@samsungoffers.claims or by phone at +44 0333 070 5203 within seven (7) days of your Claim being submitted.
The legal bit
Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be delivered via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email within 45 days of Claim validation.
