Eligibility
Any purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy S26, S26+ or S26 Ultra on SIM Free only between 19 August 2026 and 8 September 2026.
Exclusions
Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Gifts per household. Excluding pay monthly plan purchases.
How to claim
You need to go to http://samsungoffers.claims/BackToSchool2026 and complete the Claim form with your name, contact information, and other requested information, including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of your proof of purchase.
Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, meaning the final claim date for purchases made on 8 September 2026 is 7 October 2026 (23:59 – BST).

If you're having issues
If you don’t have proof of purchase, contact us, and one of our Guides will send you a One-Stop Proof Letter you can use to claim your gift.
If you have not got an email acknowledgement, you need to contact the Promoter at BackToSchool2026@samsungoffers.claims or by phone at +44 0330 551 3804 (UK) or +353 1800 903 382 (ROI) within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
