Eligibility
Any purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite on an EE Pay Monthly Mobile Plan or SIM Free only between 9 September 2026 and 29 September 2026.
Exclusions
Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Gifts per household.
How to claim
You need to go to https://samsungoffers.claims/S10LiteBookCoverOffer and complete the Claim form with their name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase.
Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, meaning the final claim date for purchases made on the 29 September 2026, is by 28 October 2026 (23:59 – BST).

If you're having issues
If you don’t have proof of purchase, contact us, and one of our Guides will send you a One-Stop Proof Letter you can use to claim your gift.
If you have not received an email acknowledgement, you need to contact the Promoter at s10litebookcoveroffer@samsungoffers.claims or by phone at 0333 551 3803 (UK) or +353 1800 903 390 (ROI) within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
