The International and The International Extra packs can be added to any 12 month SIM only, or 24 month handset EE plan in the first three months of your contract.
The International and The International Extra add-ons can be added to any of our SIM only and handset plans. It is only possible to have one pack at a time. However you can have both add-ons at the same time.
These packs and add-ons provide an allowance of minutes for making calls from the UK to mobiles or standard landlines in selected countries. Once you have used up the inclusive minutes, you will be charged our standard rates for calls to those countries.
Calls and texts to premium rate numbers and other non-geographic numbers (which can vary over time) are not included. The maximum call duration per call on these plans is 120 minutes, after which time you must redial to continue the call.
Pay as you go
£10 & £15 International Packs: Pay as You Go: Pack recurs every 30 days. If no credit available, Pack will automatically cancel after 90 days. Data allowance can be used in UK & EU/EEA. Lasts 30 days or until used and doesn’t roll over. Pack allowances are for use as follows: (1) Minutes & texts: from the UK to UK mobiles and UK landline starting with 01, 02 and 03 when in UK or EU/EEA and to EU/EEA mobiles and landlines when roaming in EU/EEA. Jersey Guernsey & Isle of Man treated as EU/EEA. Out of allowance calls to these numbers cost 40p/min. General: Calls to 084, 087, 09 & 118 numbers are not included; you’ll be charged EE’s Access Charge of 44p/min plus the applicable service charge. Free Boosts: You must have bought at least 12 Packs (7-day subscription) or 3 Packs (30-day subscription). Boosts last the duration of your Pack and don’t roll over. You cannot accrue Boosts for 7-day and 30-day subscriptions simultaneously. Boost must be selected within 60 days of notification of eligibility and will be added when you purchase your next pack. If you move between 7-day and 30-day packs, you will lose any Boosts accrued. Boost minutes cannot be used to call International numbers from the UK if included in your standard pack allowance.
Home broadband
All Call Add-ons: Re-dial before 60 minutes to avoid call charges. All calls are rounded up to the nearest minute. If you make calls to numbers beginning 084, 087, 09 or 118 in the UK, your call charge is comprised of the EE access charge of 13p/min and a service charge that is set by the organisation you are calling. We’ll cover the cost of the EE access charge when you call 0845 or 0870 numbers at any time. Any unused minutes do not rollover. You must keep your Calling add-on for at least 30 days. Anytime UK & International Calls Add-on: Zero rated calls to UK landlines starting 01, 02, 03, 1,500 minutes per month to call UK mobile numbers (excluding Jersey & Guernsey); and calls to selected international standard landline numbers (see ee.co.uk/homepricing for countries), when using your landline at any time. We can change any of the included countries from the add-on upon reasonable notice. Add-on includes 30% discount on our standard rates for calls from your UK landline to all international landlines. 31p connection charge and standard per minute charges apply if you have used up your 1,500 minutes to UK mobile numbers. Inclusive calls to international landlines will be subject to a 1,000 minute fair use policy and you cannot use this allowance to make calls to mobile telephone numbers (unless specifically stated), non-geographic or premium rate numbers.
