Apple Music on EE

Inclusive Extras are amazing benefits included in our Full Works and All Rounder plans. Choose the Inclusive Extra that’s right for you from Apple Music to TNT Sports on discovery+ and do more of what you love. Apple One is automatically included when you select the Full Works plan for iPhone, we'll even throw in our Roam Abroad Pass. If you select an All Rounder plan, you can pay an extra £5 per month to select Apple One as an Inclusive Extra.

You can pick your Inclusive Extras quickly and simply in the EE app, available on the iOS App Store and the Google Play store. Or by texting “Pick” to 150.

Once you’ve chosen your Inclusive Extras, we’ll send you a message from 150, with the next steps to help you get started.

There are several ways to activate the Apple Music offer, available exclusively to EE customers:

Via text code to 150

For six months’ access to Apple Music, plus the data on us text MUSIC to 150. Reply YES to the follow up text message (make sure you have the bill payer’s permission) and you will receive further instructions on how to activate and enjoy your offer.

You can also add the Apple Music offer to your account via EE, in the add-ons section.

We'll text you in the final month of the offer to let you know that you'll be moving onto a paid subscription in the following month. The monthly cost of £9.99 will automatically be added to your EE plan at the end of the offer period if you do not cancel. The data you use after the six month offer has ended will come out of your allowance.

You can cancel an Apple Music subscription at any time by texting STOP MUSIC to 150 or through EE.

• If you opt to cancel within the six months, you’ll continue to have free access to Apple Music until your next renewal date, which is on the monthly anniversary of the service being added to your account. We’ll let you know via text when that date is and again on the day offer expiry.
• If you opt to cancel after the six month offer has ended, your subscription will end at your next monthly renewal date, which is on the monthly anniversary of the add-on being added, and you will have full access to Apple Music until that date. Note, if at the time of cancellation, you have not already been billed for that period it will be charged in full on your next bill.
  

If you're an EE customer with a 2020 pay monthly, 12 month SIM only, tablet or data SIM plan, you're eligible. If you’ve already had an Apple Music offer through EE, you can’t get it again.

However, if you continued to subscribe to the Apple Music service with EE or have an Apple Music subscription directly with Apple, you’re entitled to six months of streaming for Apple Music, on us. Just text STREAM to 150 or log in to EE and go to the 'add-ons' section. 

If you currently have a subscription for Apple Music directly with Apple, this will need to be cancelled in order to enjoy Apple Music membership through EE. To do this, you can follow the guidance here or alternatively call Apple directly on 08001076285.

It depends where you go: anywhere your plan allows inclusive roaming, which means all EU countries and, if you’re a Max plan user who upgraded or joined after 10 May 2017, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. If you're roaming in a country that isn't included in your price plan, you'll need to buy a data add-on in order to stream on the app. See ee.co.uk/roaming for countries currently included in your plan.

Please note that whilst streaming on the Apple Music app during the six month offer period won’t affect your data allowance, the content available on the app may differ between countries due to entertainment rights agreements.

Apple Music Membership with data streaming on us: Offer available to customers with Consumer EE pay monthly or SIM only phone plans on a 12 month or more minimum term. Individual Apple Music Membership is free for 6 months and, for 6 months, data used whilst streaming/downloading from Apple Music app whilst in the countries covered by your plan's inclusive data allowance will not be deducted from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left otherwise you will be unable to stream/download or use any connected features using mobile data. Some or all of the data used on devices using iOS 15 with iCloud Private Relay or any other VPN service switched on will not be zero rated as we cannot link your EE customer ID to all your activity. This offer is not available to customers with Business Connect or Small Business plans. If you’ve already benefited from one of our six months’ free Apple Music Membership offers or from our standalone Apple Music Data Streaming offer, you’re ineligible for this offer (unless we specifically invite you to benefit from this offer). After 6 months, membership automatically renews and you’ll be charged £10.99 a month for Apple Music and data used whilst using the app will be deducted from your plan allowance. You can cancel at any time. If removed from your account during the first six months, you’ll be unable to get the add-on again free of charge. Requires a handset using either the latest iOS version or Android 5.0 or later. Not available to customers on a 4GEE WiFi or Tablet Price Plan or customers with a handset not using iOS or Android.
