*Note Turkey (you may connect to a Turkish network when in Northern Cyprus) and Andorra are outside the EU/EEA and not included in our European Roaming Zone. Therefore any calls made from either of these countries, or from Northern Cyprus if connected to a Turkish network will be chargeable.....

Pre-Order: your contract starts when your order is accepted but your plan will start at (and you will be charged from) the moment we send your new device out to you (i.e. just before you receive it). Device will be sent out within 30 days of launch subject to availability, but we’ll aim to send it quicker than that. Orders placed in store for delivery in store only. Please note that delivery estimates for pre-order & recently launched devices can sometimes change. We will always keep you updated on the progress of your order. You can cancel your pre-order if we don’t send your device within 30 days. If you cancel you will have to pay for services used. Services subject to credit check. Swappable Benefits: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on a Smart Plan. Choose your swappable benefit at purchase, via EE or by texting 150. We may at any time change the range of swappables available, the content of swappables or the minimum length of time each must be active for. Third party subscriptions may be required. BT Sport: The app is made available to pay monthly customers on a Pay Monthly handset, SIM only phone and tablet plans as a 30 day rolling Add-On. If you’re a 4GEE Wi-Fi customer, including SIM Only, you’re not eligible for the Add-On. To use the app customers must have a smartphone or tablet containing an EE SIM. Devices must use at least Android 4.1 Windows 10 or iOS 9 operating systems. Some in-app functionality is restricted on Windows 10. The Add-On costs £10 a month. To use the app you’ll need a TV licence for the household registered to your EE account. BT Sport is for your personal, non-commercial use in the UK. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Data used whilst streaming and downloading video content on Apple Music, Tidal, and Deezer whilst in the countries included in your Plan allowance will not decrement from your plan’s inclusive data allowance.  All other data used when you use the Content Apps will decrement from your plan’s data allowance.  You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream content on the Content Apps via your EE plan.   The EE Music Data Pass is for your personal, non-commercial use. Video data pass: £8.99 (inc VAT) a month. Available to customers on consumer and small business Pay Monthly plans (except Business Connect customers). You can cancel at any time. Data used whilst streaming and downloading video content on Netflix, MTV Play, Amazon Prime Video, TV Player and BT Sport whilst in the countries included in your Plan allowance. will not decrement from your plan’s inclusive data allowance. All other data used when you use the Content Apps will decrement from your plan’s data allowance.  You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream content on the Content Apps via your EE plan. Roaming: £10.00 (inc VAT) a month. Available to new and existing Consumer and Small Business Customers on a Pay Monthly Plan or selected 12 month SIM only phone plans.
