The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of BT their families or its agencies. Only one entry per person.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.
The prize is for two tickets to all events at Wembley Stadium organized by them in 2024, from 19th March 2024 to 31st December 2024 (The ‘Promotional Period’).
Entries must be made by completing a form on the EE website https://ee.co.uk/new-ee/win-wembley-tickets from 00:01 7th February to 12pm 18th March 2024. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw. If you are an EE customer only one entry per account will be permitted.
The winner will be the first person drawn at random on 18th March. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by midnight on 18th March. The winner will have till midnight 20th March to accept their prize. If the Promoter cannot contact the winners after 3 attempts, an alternative winner will be randomly selected.
Tickets will be communicated with the winner by e-mail prior to an Event Day – further details to be provided to the winner upon acceptance of the prize.
The winner will receive 2-4 tickets to eligible Wembley Stadium events available to the general public in 2024 during the Promotional Period. Where an Event is scheduled to run for more than one day (for example, when a musician or artist plays for more than one night), the winner will only receive 2-4 tickets for one of the days, to be chosen by the Promoter who will inform the winner in advance. Where international or continental football tournaments are held at Wembley Stadium, winners will receive a pair of general admission tickets to the games scheduled to feature the England men’s national team.
If an Event is sport related, until the selection takes place and tickets are allocated, the Promoter will be unable to confirm which ‘side’ of the stadium the winner and their guest will be sitting in. If the winner and their guest are allocated tickets within a particular team’s ‘side’, they must not wear opposing team shirts or colours. Stadium security reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone wearing opposition shirts or colours. The Promoter will provide further details at the time of notifying the winner.
The prize is subject to availability. Winner may be entitled to tickets for events not organized by Wembley Stadium subject to confirmation by the third-party organizer.
The prize does not include travel to or from the venue or any expenses incurred by you in attending the event. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
The prize is subject to the venue terms as follows:
a) The winner must agree to the following background checks being carried out
i Media checks, including social media
ii Football banning order
EE reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner should the checks raise any concerns. EE reserve the right to define what constitutes concerning behaviour.
b) If an Event is cancelled for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control or for reasons related to health and safety and there will be no rescheduling of the Event, tickets will become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.
c) The Winner and their guest agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.
d) Events at Wembley Stadium are managed by the Football Association Limited, and or the FA Group and or Wembley National Stadium Limited. These groups accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion, not being able to enter into this promotion or accepting any prize. The Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited and all members of the FA Group further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with this promotion. Nothing shall exclude the liability of The Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited or all members of the FA Group for fraud or for death or personal injury as a result of acts or omissions of them or their employees.
The Promoter can, at its discretion, withdraw the prize or ask the winner and/or their guest to leave the stadium if the winners and/or their guests fail to meet the admission requirements and rules and regulations for Wembley Stadium (which can be found here http://www.wembleystadium.com/TheStadium/StadiumGuide/RulesnRegulations or if the winners and/or their guests exhibit inappropriate or dangerous behavior. This includes behavior such as being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, being rude, abusive, or causing a nuisance.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
Details of the prize winner (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to BVP C13, 1 Braham St, London E1 8EE on or before 18th April 2024.
By entering this Prize Draw you agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews.
If you’re not an EE Customer, your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter. If you’re an existing EE Customer your details will be processed in accordance with EE’s Privacy Policy. The winner’s personal details will be shared with FA Group and Wembley National Stadium Limited for the purpose of carrying out the background checks referred to in paragraph 11(a) and delivering the prize.
No cash alternative will be offered, and prizes are non-transferable. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner or any guest is unable to use the prize. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize will be declared null and void.
The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within 24 hours and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
Submitting an entry to this Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions and any terms that apply to Wembley Stadium ticketing. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this Prize Draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize.
