Before adding an Add to Plan accessory to your plan, read the full Add to Plan terms.

Here’s a summary of the key bits you need to know:

• If you add an Add to Plan accessory to your plan, we’re agreeing to give you fixed sum credit to buy it.
• This agreement starts the day the accessory is despatched to your desired delivery address or the store you’re collecting it from.
• You must repay the full cost of the accessory over a maximum of 11 monthly payments.
• Once we’ve got your order, we’ll email an acknowledgement of your order with all the details.

Add to Plan is available to EE pay monthly customers if you have had an account with a device plan for 1 month or with a SIM Only plan for 6 months. The number and value of Add to Plan accessories you are eligible for is subject to credit check. You are fully responsible for repaying to EE the full cost of the accessory. If you choose to leave EE early, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance for your Add to Plan accessory, in addition to any early termination charges for your standard contract.

If you purchase your accessory in one of our stores, we don’t offer any change of mind period. However, you’re able to cancel your credit agreement in the first 14 days (see further below). If you purchase over the phone or via our website, you may return your accessory in the first 14 days, except if it requires installation and has already been installed by an engineer. You can cancel the credit agreement within 14 days of the start date. If you cancel the agreement, we will add the full outstanding balance for the accessory to your next bill and try to collect that by Direct Debit.

EE Finance is available on orders over £250. You must be 18+ and a UK resident. Subject to completing and passing a credit and affordability check with Glow Financial Services Limited.

When considering EE Finance, you should consider whether the purchase will continue to be affordable and how you will continue to make repayments. You should also be aware of the impact of missing payments, which may include making other borrowing more difficult or more expensive.

When you place an order, and all or some of the items are on pre-order or due back in stock:

• if you pay today, payment for all the items will be taken when you place your order rather than when they are dispatched.
• if you pay by EE Finance (through a credit agreement with Glow), the upfront payment for the items will be taken when you place your order. Glow will contact you about your loan separately.

Estimated dispatch or delivery for items that are on pre-order, recently launched or due back in stock can sometimes change. We will always keep you updated on the progress of your order.

You can cancel an order for items on pre-order or due back in stock up to the point we allocate your items for dispatch. You can check your order status and if cancellation is still available at ee.co.uk/orders. You can also return items in the 14-day cancellation period after delivery, as usual.
