The "KD" in the Sony Bravia model name stands for "Kilo Design". This is a design language that Sony uses for its Bravia TVs. The KD series of TVs are typically sleek and stylish, with a thin bezel and a minimalist design.
The difference between the Sony Bravia KD and KE is that the KD series has a 4K X Reality PRO processor, whereas the KE series has a 4K HDR Processor. The KD series also has a Motionflow XR feature which is not available on the KE series.
