Following government guidance, we’ve introduced some new measures in store.

measures in all our stores to keep you
and our staff safe.
There will be a limit to the number of staff and customers allowed in store at one time. For now, please visit us on your own if you can.
We now have floor markings to help you and our colleagues safely observe social distancing. You must also wear a mask unless you are exempt.
If the store is too busy when you visit, we’ll book you an appointment at a time that’s convenient for you using
our virtual queuing system.
We’ve installed protective screens between you and store team members. Our teams will be wearing face coverings in line with current government guidelines.
We’ve installed hand sanitiser stations and we’ll thoroughly clean any device before and after handling. We’ll be cleaning stores more regularly.
All stores will take card payments only, so you won’t be able to pay with cash until it’s safe to do so.
