Yes. Existing EE customers can upgrade to a new pay monthly phone as part of a plan that suits their needs.

Yes. EE’s returns policy generally allows 14 days to return a device for any reason (cooling-off period). Faulty or damaged items can be returned within 30 days. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations can be initiated via the EE app or website, with refunds processed within 14 days of EE receiving the item.
