Paying by credit or debit card

Direct Debit is the easiest, cheapest and most convenient way to pay your bill. You avoid a 42p 'Separate Payment Handling Charge' on your account each month and your payments will always be on time.

But if you want to pay by debit or credit card, the best way is through My EE. If you haven't registered for My EE sign up here.

After you sign in, you will be directed to your My EE account page. Your current bill total will be visible here, showing the amount you need to pay from your previous bill ("outstanding balance") and your current charges ("amount due"), and the option to "Make a payment".

Pay your bill in My EE

  1. Select MAKE A PAYMENT
  2. Fill in the Direct Debit details or scroll down and choose Or pay by card
  3. Select if you want to pay the full amount or enter the amount you wish to pay
  4. Enter your card details in the boxes provided. You can choose whether to save your details for future payments
  5. Confirm the payment. 
You'll receive confirmation of your payment on your screen, so you can print it if you want to keep a copy. You'll also receive an email confirmation, and the payment will show in the Payment history section of My EE after about 15 minutes.

If you register your card, the next time you log in to make a payment we'll only ask for the card's security code. That's the three-digit CCV number on the reverse side of the card (or 4 digits for Amex). You can change, delete, or add new cards at any time, through My EE.

  1. Scroll down to the options under Payment tasks
  2. Click save or change your card details

Pay your bill in the my EE app

  • Open the app and select to log in or sign up
  • Now enter your plan (4GEE for EE)
  • Enter your username and password then click log in (select sign up to create an account)
  • Click the option to Pay Bill, this will redirect you to make the payment where you simply follow the instructions.

Once the app has been closed, it will update with the right info for your plan the next time you open it and log in.

If you need to change between 4GEE, T-Mobile and Orange logins you can do this in the Settings area of the app.

The preferred method of paying your bill is by Direct Debit, but if you want to make a payment by debit or credit card, the best way is through Your Account. Make sure you tick the box that says Orange plan.

If you don't pay by Direct Debit, internet or by telephone banking there's a £3.50 charge, shown on your bill as a 'Non Direct Debit Charge'.

Paying your bill on Orange

  1. From the top list of tab options click billing & payments
  2. Choose the option make an additional payment
  3. Enter the amount you want to pay, followed by your details in the boxes provided
  4. Click Next and then Confirm
  5. You will then receive confirmation of your payment on your screen, so you can print it if you want to keep a copy.

Paying your bill in the my EE app

It's simple to pay your bill through the My EE app.

  • Open the app and select to log in or sign up
  • Now enter your plan (Orange plan for Orange customers)
  • Enter your username and password then click log in (select sign up to create an account)
  • Click the option to Pay Bill, this will redirect you to make the payment.

Once the app has been closed, it will update with the right info for your plan the next time you open it and log in. 

If you need to change between 4GEE, T-Mobile and Orange logins you can do this in the Settings area of the app.

But, if you want to pay by credit or debit card, the best way is through My EE. Make sure you tick the box that says T-Mobile plan.

  1. From the side list of options click My bills
  2. Scroll down to see your bill summary then click on Make a payment
  3. Choose the Pay by card tab (although you should automatically be on this option)
  4. Enter the amount you want to pay, followed by your details in the boxes provided 
  5. Click Submit. You will then receive confirmation of your payment on your screen, so you can print it if you want to keep a copy.

Paying your bill in the my EE app

It's simple to pay your bill through the My EE app.

  • Open the app and select to log in or sign up
  • Now enter your plan (T-Mobile plan for T-Mobile customers)
  • Enter your username and password then click log in (select sign up to create an account)
  • Click the option to Pay Bill, this will redirect you to make the payment.

Once the app has been closed, it will update with the right info for your plan the next time you open it and log in.
