If you’re already registered, you’ll get an error message when you try to sign up.

If you see the error message, you’ll be shown a link to reset your password.

What should I do if I can’t choose what information I want to see in My EE?

What if I can’t choose what I want to see in My EE?

You’re probably selecting a role that’s already been taken on your account. There are two roles available in My EE:

Bill payer

This person can view bills and change settings.

Main user

This person uses a device on the bill payer’s account. They can’t see bills or change certain settings.

If somebody else has already selected the role that you’re trying to, you won’t be able to register.

Don't forget!

We’ll send you an email with a verification link when you register. You won’t be able to use your account properly until you hit the link.

If you don’t use the link within seven days, you’ll need to register for My EE again.

I haven’t received a text with a security number to complete registration. What do I do?

I haven’t received a security number

If you haven’t received a text after ten minutes of entering your details, hit the resend link and we’ll send another.

If that still doesn’t work, get in touch using one of the links on this page.
