We sent you a username and you set up a password when you joined us.

So, you just need to log in as a new EE Home Broadband customer on the My EE Broadband login page

Search for it in your emails – we sent it to you when you signed up for broadband. Check your junk mail if you can’t find it.
Your username should look something like yourname or surname123.  But if you signed up for Orange broadband it might look like:

No, you can't. But we will ask you for a preferred email address when you first log in. You'll be able to log in with this instead of your username in future.

You'll then be able to change your preferred email address at any time.

We’ll ask you for:

  • a security question and answer - in case you forget your password

  • a preferred email address - the address can’t be an Orange, Wanadoo or Freeserve address, or an email address you use to manage an Orange mobile account

We'll need to send a verification email to the address you give us. If it doesn't arrive, check your junk folder.

If you still don't receive it, you can get the email re-sent the next time you try to log in.

If you can't log in, double check:

  •  

    you’ve got the right log in details

  •  

    you’re using capital and lower case letters in the right places. All usernames are case sensitive. Try entering the same details again but changing the case of the first letter.

    cookies are enabled in your browser settings. To find out more, see our cookies guide

    your security software isn’t blocking cookies

  •  

    you're entering the right letters in the security check. If you get it wrong several times, you might have to wait 10 minutes before you can try again.
