Orange Email will close on 31 May 2017. Find out what this means for you and how to get set up with an alternative email address.
These settings will help you set up an email program to check your broadband email, for example Windows Live Mail or Apple Mail. If your email programme doesn't support POP3 email (Window Mail on Windows 8) then we're sorry - you won't be able to set up email.

Your email address is your choice of name, followed by the @ sign and your email username, e.g. email@example.com.
You can use as many email addresses before the @ sign as you like, e.g.
Your email username looks like one of these examples:
If you have a username for logging in to your account that looks like yourname, simply add .orangehome.co.uk so it looks like yourname.orangehome.co.uk.
If your broadband username (found on your Bright Box router) looks like yourname.orangehome.co.uk@fs - simply remove the @fs.
You chose (or were sent) your password when you first registered for the service. Remember, passwords are case sensitive.

If you have problems retrieving your password (for example, you've never logged in to your account online or checked email using Webmail) get in touch. We'll be happy to help.
These settings will help you to set up your email program.
Sorry - our email service doesn't support IMAP so programs like Windows Mail on Windows 8 won't work.
If you use your computer or device away from the EE network (for example on your mobile phone or at a friends house), you may experience problems sending mail using port 25. Try changing settings to:

Your options are endless - you can set up your email program with anything (letters and numbers) before the @ sign.
Alternatively, after logging into our Webmail service, you can add four email addresses that look like:
To do this, select My Settings, and then Edit my addresses. From here you can add a new email alias to your account.
It's not possible to change your broadband username.
