You unlock EE One when you have EE Broadband and EE Mobile on the same account. It gives you exclusive household savings, an unlimited data boost on any eligible existing mobile plans charged at £12 a month or more, and access to extra savings on additional SIM and handset pay‑monthly plans. EE One also works when you add EE TV to your plan.

When you add EE Broadband and EE Mobile, you get: 

  • EE Full Fibre broadband with reliable speeds
  • An EE mobile plan on the UK’s best network with unlimited minutes and texts
  • Eligibility for EE One benefits, including exclusive household savings of up to £20 a month off new or upgraded mobile plans, plus unlimited data boosts on eligible existing mobile lines.

When you add broadband to your mobile account, you unlock EE One, and eligible mobile plans will automatically receive an unlimited data boost. If a plan already includes unlimited data, it won’t receive an additional boost, but you’ll still qualify for exclusive savings on additional SIMs and handsets.

Yes. EE One works across EE Broadband, EE Mobile and EE TV. EE TV lets you bring more of your household services together, with flexible entertainment you can change every month as part of your overall EE plan.

If you add EE TV to your broadband and mobile plan, you can get: 

  • Free‑to‑air TV, TNT Sports, Sky channels and Sky Originals, plus every series from HBO Max Basic with Ads with NOW - and seamlessly access apps like Netflix and Apple TV too
  • Unbeatable flexibility with the freedom to swap your package every month

  • A complete household plan with all your entertainment and connectivity needs in one place

Yes. If you already have Sky TV, it will continue to work when you switch to EE Broadband, as Sky TV services are delivered separately from your broadband provider.

If you cancel either your EE Broadband or EE Mobile service, you’ll no longer be eligible for EE One benefits, including the unlimited data boost and exclusive household savings. If you cancel EE TV only, your EE One eligibility will continue as long as your broadband and mobile services remain active.

Yes. Once your eligible services are linked on the same EE account, EE One benefits are automatically unlocked. There’s no need to sign up or activate anything separately.

Yes. EE One applies when you have EE Broadband and EE Mobile on the same account. You don’t need EE TV to get benefits like the unlimited data boost or exclusive household savings. But with unmissable entertainment and the ability to change your package monthly, EE TV is a great extra for your household.

EE One Up is a rewards programme available to EE One customers. Every Friday, customers can access exclusive tickets, tech offers, treats and surprise rewards through the EE app. 

EE One Up is available to EE One customers. If you have eligible EE mobile and broadband services with us, you'll be able to access EE One Up rewards in the EE app. 

You can access EE One Up rewards through the EE app. New offers, experiences and rewards become available every Friday.

Yes. EE One Up is included as part of your EE One benefits at no extra cost.

EE One brings together the benefits of having mobile and broadband with EE. EE One Up adds weekly Friday rewards, exclusive offers and experiences available through the EE app.

During your minimum term the monthly price for your plan will be as-per the prices above. After your minimum term, your plan price will increase on 1st March each year.
