How do I sign up to benefit from the discount?

Online registration must be completed using a valid work email or employee ID via the EE registration page. Once the registration details have been verified by EE, an email will be sent back with a link to the EE online portal where discount codes can be generated. For eligibility, please check to see if your organisation is on the approved partner list (above) or please contact your company HR representative before registering.

How many discount codes are available?

An eligible employee has a total of five discount codes per year, in which they can use individually, gift to some or all of their EE friends or family.

When can the discount codes be used?

Discount codes can only be used when upgrading or purchasing a new contract through EE.

Which plans can the discount be applied to?
Eligible plans include:

12 or 24 month SIM only plans (excluding changing from 24 month handset to 12 month SIM only downgrade)

Airtime plans when taken with a Flex Pay plan.

Where can discount codes be used?

Discount codes can only be used via an EE store, EE website or EE call centre. Please note, discount codes cannot be used via any third party.

Can discount codes be generated in store?

The discount code(s) must be generated from the EE online Perk portal. These codes allow you to benefit from the 20% discount prior to purchasing an eligible plan through EE; either through the EE website, an EE telesales team or at an EE store.
Please note: discount codes cannot be generated in store, so please remember your discount code if choosing to buy instore.

When will the discount stop?

The discount will remain until the end of the contract unless you terminate your contract early.

What happens if I leave my company?

The discount will remain until the end of the contract.

I’m currently an existing EE customer. Can I benefit from the discount?

If you are eligible for an upgrade with EE, you can upgrade through the upgrade section via the EE app, visit an EE retail store or speak to one of our friendly telesales teams. Here, you are able to provide your unique discount code to receive the EE Perk discount. You may continue on your current plan and sign up to a new minimum term, or upgrade to a new consumer airtime plan taken with Flex Pay or a SIM plan with a minimum term of at least 12 months on ee.co.uk.
Please note: Customers on a 24 month handset plan, cannot downgrade to a monthly SIM only plan, when signing up to EE Perk.

The legal bit

On 31 March each year our monthly prices will increase by £3 for broadband, £2 for TV and £1.50 for mobile SIM, Airtime and Connected Devices. Out of bundle charges will increase by 5%. See ee.co.uk/prices-explained for details. All prices shown are in contract prices. The cost of other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you are an EE customer.

If you’re employed directly by one of the UK’s emergency services or an associated organisation and have access to the ee.co.uk site, you could enjoy a 20% discount on selected pay monthly price plans from EE.

The discount can only be used by eligible employees and up to four members of your friends and family or, if you do not use it for yourself, up to five members of your friends and family are able to do so. You must apply for a discount code online via the EE Perk Portal, but the discount code can only be redeemed online, via a EE retail store or EE call centre. It cannot be applied if you are buying your EE plan through a third party.

Eligibility: To be eligible, you must be an employee of one of the UK’s emergency services or an associated organisation (as determined by EE). You, or members of your family and friends, must join EE as a new customer or upgrade on an eligible consumer pay monthly phone plan, SIM only or 4GEE tablet/mobile broadband Flex Pay plan or a SIM plan with a minimum term of at least 12 months.

If you currently have a pay monthly phone plan, you cannot downgrade to a SIM only plan and receive the discount. The discount will only be applied if you redeem the code that we supply to you, when you apply online via the EE Perk portal. Eligible employees, along with your friends and family may apply the discount on up to five EE price plans in total.

EE Perk: The 20% discount will only apply to the airtime plan’s standard monthly recurring charge and will last for the duration of your airtime contract minimum term. At the end of your minimum term, your price plan will revert to the standard pre-discount price, unless you upgrade again directly through EE and apply a new EE discount code.

The calculation will be based on the non-discounted price of your plan Non-eligible plans: Customers that are on a plan, that include an annual upgrade benefit are not eligible for EE Perk. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. It is also not available with Connected Apple Watch plans. Terms apply. Please see ee.co.uk/terms
