The easiest way to pay for your packs, Flex plans or add-ons is to set up card payments. Your pack or plan will renew automatically and you can get new add-ons, whenever you need them.

On a Flex plan? You’ll only need to top up your credit if you want to use additional services (like pay by text, roaming outside of the EU or add-ons) – your plan renews automatically from your debit or credit card.

Using My EE

Using My EE

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as well as international cards. To set up card payments:

  1. 1

    log in to My EE

  2. 2

choose Set Up Card Payments if you already have a pay as you go pack or Flex plan. Or choose a pack or plan first and then set up card payments

  3. 3

choose an already registered card or register a new card

  4. 4

make your first payment and start using your phone – easy!

Or you can choose to top up your credit. Log in to My EE and go to Menu > Top up. We’ll text you a reminder when your credit’s running low.

Payments are managed by Vesta, our payment partner, so the name Vesta will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Vesta EE Top Up along with an 0808 free helpline phone number.

You can manage your payment cards in the Account settings section of My EE. You can change the expiry date, remove a card or just check what cards you have saved.

Recurring Top-Ups from EE

Recurring Top-Ups from EE

Now it’s even easier to make sure you never run out of credit.

Simply tell us how often and how much you want to top up and register your credit or debit card details.

You can get credit every week, on the same date every month, or every 30 days.

We’ll text you when it’s set up, and every time you top up. And if you change your mind, you can change your Recurring Top-Up or even cancel it at any time.

If you have a pay as you go pack, you can set up your account to top up automatically the day before it’s about to renew. So if your pack updates on the 16th, set your top-up for the 15th – then you’ll always have enough credit for it to start again.

You don’t even need a UK bank account. If you’re travelling in the UK, you can set up a Recurring Top-Up with a card from abroad.

To set up Recurring Top-Ups, log in to My EE, call 150 or text REC to 150.

The legal bit

We’ll keep taking your Recurring Top-Up until you tell us to stop. EE only refunds unused credit in limited circumstances, see our Terms and Conditions for details. If you don’t use your phone to call, text or for data for 90 days, we’ll suspend your Recurring Top-Up until you use your phone again. If you don’t use your phone at least once every 180 days, it will be disconnected: your number and any credit on your account will be stopped.

Using an E-voucher

Using an E-voucher

An E-voucher is a card or receipt printed with a unique 16-digit voucher number, and it’s valid for EE accounts for six months.

You can get them from EE stores and over 100,000 shops around the UK, anywhere you see the top-up logo.

Lost E top-up cards

If you lose your E top-up card, simply pop into an EE store to pick up another. You'll need to link your new E top-up card to your phone before you next top up.

Please note: Your E top-up card holds no personal information and is only linked to your phone so no-one else can use it.
