What's included with Apple Music?
Apple Music is a music streaming service that gives you access to over 90,000 songs, and 30,000 playlists ad-free, online and off. It also gets you access to exclusive and original content, as well as personalised recommendations.
There is access across your devices, all ad-free with the option to download songs for offline listening.
How do I select Apple Music as my Inclusive Extra?
To select Apple Music as your Inclusive Extra on an eligible All Rounder or Full Works plan:
- log in to EE or use the EE app
- go to Menu > Plans, Smart Benefits & add-ons
- select Smart Benefits and follow the steps to select the pass
Alternatively, you can choose Apple Music as a Inclusive Extra via text:
- text PICK to 150 to select your Smart Benefit
How do I set up Apple Music?
After picking Apple Music as your Inclusive Extra you will receive a text from us with an activation code included. Click the link to sign up directly with Apple.
Please note: the Apple Music app is not currently available on the Huawei App Gallery
What happens if I select Apple Music as a Inclusive Extra when I’m currently paying for it?
If you're currently subscribed to Apple Music, you will need to cancel your existing subscription before you choose it as a Inclusive Extra. Once you get confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled, you can choose it as a Inclusive Extra. You can cancel through the Apple Music app.
What to do if you receive the error "This subscription is being used with another Apple ID"
In some cases, if you have previously had an Apple Music subscription you might see this error message. To fix this, please contact Apple Support and ask to change the Apple ID associated with your Apple Music subscription.
Do I need to sign a contract for Apple Music?
If you've selected Apple Music as your Inclusive Extra, there are no additional charges or contracts to sign.
How do I cancel Apple Music as a Inclusive Extra?
If you have Apple Music as a Inclusive Extra on an All Rounder or Full Works plan:
- Log in to EE or use the EE app
- Go to Menu > Plans, Smart Benefits & add-ons
- Select Smart Benefits and follow the steps to remove the pass
