Google AI Plus 2TB as an Inclusive Extra

Google AI Plus 2TB gives you:

  • 2TB cloud storage for your data and images
  • automatic backup of photos, videos, contacts and more
  • access your content from any device
  • share your plan with up to five people
  • enhanced productivity tools, including calendar features

Google AI Plus 2TB is available as an Inclusive Extra on All Rounder and Full Works plans when you take an Android phone or SIM-only plan.

You cannot increase your storage above 2TB at this time.

About Google AI Pro

Google AI Pro includes everything in Google AI Plus 2TB, plus:

  • access to new and powerful features in Gemini, Flow, and NotebookLM
  • YouTube Premium Lite Bundle - fewer interruptions so you can watch most YouTube and YouTube Kids videos ad-free, offline, and in the background; no activation step is required.

  • Home Premium - use Gemini to search your Nest Cam or Doorbell video history, automate tasks

Google AI Pro is only available on the Full Works plan.

To change your Inclusive Extra, log in to the EE website or use the EE app.

Need to know

Google AI plan is only available for personal accounts. You can’t link a Google Workspace account to a Google AI plan.

If you try to use a Google Workspace account, select a different email address and activate it using the Google AI plan activation page. Otherwise, you’ll need to choose a different Inclusive Extra.

Activate Google AI plan

  1. Download or open the EE app.
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Select Plans, Inclusive Extras and add‑ons.
  4. Select Inclusive Extras and follow the steps.
  5. Select the link in the text message you receive or go to ee.co.uk/googleone.
  6. Follow the instructions.

You can also choose Inclusive Extras by text.
Text PICK to 150 and follow the prompts.

You’ll need to give EE consent to manage your Google AI plan. If you don’t, you won’t be able to activate your Inclusive Extra.

Already have a Google AI Plan subscription?

If you already have a Google AI Plan subscription, it will be transferred to EE.

If you try to activate using an account you already pay for, you’ll be asked to give consent to move to an EE plan. Once done, activate it again using the Google AI Plan activation page.

All your settings, features, photos and documents will be carried over. If you currently have more than 2TB of storage, you’ll be moved to 2TB and won’t be able to add more storage.

Using Google AI Plus 2TB

Once activated, your content will be automatically backed up and kept in sync with your Google account.

You can access your storage, settings and shared benefits from any supported device by signing in to your Google account.

Upgrade your Google AI Plus 2TB plan

  • if you have the Full Works mobile plan, you can upgrade from Google AI Plus 2TB to Google AI Pro
  • if you’re on All Rounder mobile plan, you’ll need to upgrade to Full Works first

To change your Inclusive Extra, log in to your account on the EE website or use the EE app.
