About Airtime rewards

Airtime rewards can be turned into credit for your EE account. Whether you're already a member or just getting started, here’s how it works with EE.

 

EE has teamed up with Airtime. You can get money off your monthly mobile bill, or add credit to your pay as you use your phone, just by shopping with more than 250 popular stores. Airtime rewards accumulate as you spend using cards you’ve registered with the Airtime app.

You need at least £10 in rewards to redeem to your EE account.

Airtime rewards is a simple service with:

  • no sign-up or monthly fees
  • works with pay monthly and pay as you go mobile plans
  • rewards are automatically collected and show in the EE app under Rewards, in the Cashback section
  • you can redeem your balance any time to reduce your EE bill or top up your Pay As You Go credit

Set up and use

Set up Airtime rewards in the EE app

  • download and open the EE app
  • select Rewards
  • select Redeem and manage
  • an Airtime page will open, check that it's showing your mobile number
  • select Continue and follow the steps onscreen

 

Check on your Airtime rewards balance:

  • open the EE app
  • select Rewards
  • scroll down to Cashback earned
  • select Redeem and manage

 

Add and manage your debit and credit cards in the Airtime app:

  • download the Airtime app from the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android devices
  • create your Airtime account
  • open Wallet in the app
  • add your debit and credit cards that you use the most

Need to know

As an EE mobile customer, you’ll get a £1 bonus when you sign up to Airtime using the code EEAPP. Make your first purchase within 7 days and you’ll earn an extra £2 on top!

Questions about Airtime rewards?

No problem. You can view your balance within the EE app, under Rewards and request to redeem any available balance to your EE account. 

Credits will be applied to your EE account within 24 hours of redeeming them from Airtime. For pay monthly customers, this will appear on your next bill. For pay as you go mobiles, credits will be applied to your top up balance. Credits can't be exchanged for cash.

Airtime is an app outside of EE, you’ll need to contact Airtime support if you need any help, or look under More in the Airtime app.

There may be a problem accessing your data. Try refreshing the page or check again later.

The legal bit

For Airtime rewards, a minimum £10 balance is required to credit towards a bill or top up credit. You'll need to associate your credit or debit card with your Airtime account to earn rewards on qualifying purchases. Transactions may take up to 14 days to appear in your Airtime account in a pending status.
