Understanding EE Perks 

EE Perk: save 20% on selected plans

EE Perk gives employees of our corporate customers and preferred partners 20% off selected EE pay monthly plans. It’s our way of helping you and your friends and family save on your monthly bill.

You can use Perk when you join EE or upgrade your plan.

What you can use Perk on

You can use your 20% Perk discount on:

• pay monthly phones, 24 months or longer

• pay monthly tablets, 24 months or longer

• 12-month SIM-only plans

• 12-month mobile broadband plans

Who can get an EE Perk

You can use Perk if:

• you work for an EE Corporate or Public Sector customer, such as an NHS, or preferred partner

• your employer is signed up to the Perk scheme

• you take out a 24 month pay monthly device plan or a 12-month SIM-only plan

You can also share your saving. Each employee gets up to 5 codes to use each year. You can use these yourself or give them to friends and family.

Perk is not available on

• accessories

• Add to Plan

• Annual Upgrade plans

How to get your Perk

How you get your code depends on when your company joined Perk.

• If your company joined before 27 November 2017, get your code through your company’s intranet or benefits website.

• If your company joined after this date, get your code from the Perk portal:

Your company must be registered with a benefits provider like Edenred or Xexec to offer Perk93199.

How to use your Perk code

You can use your discount code:

• online at www.ee.co.uk/perk

• in any EE store

Buying online

When buying online: 

1) Enter your code in the Got a voucher box.

2) Your 20% discount will show before you check out.

Upgrading in store

If you upgrade in store, your discount will show on your receipt. If it doesn’t appear, the discount hasn’t been applied and cannot be added afterwards.

Perk cannot be added after you join or upgrade. It must be used at the time you take out your plan.

How long the discount lasts

Your discount stays on your plan until you upgrade, regrade, or change to a plan that isn’t eligible for Perk.

If you have used Perk before

If you’ve had Perk on your plan before and want to use it again, you’ll need a new code. Check your company’s benefits site or log in to www.ee.co.uk/perk to get a new one.

Having trouble with your Perk code?

First, make sure:

• your employer is still part of the Perk scheme

• you’re using one of your 5 active codes

• you’re choosing a plan that qualifies for Perk

If your code still doesn’t work but you have unused codes, contact the team who support your employer’s Perk scheme.

If you joined or upgraded in store and were told your discount would apply but it hasn’t, call us on 150 from your EE phone or 07973 100 150 from any other phone.
