How to sign in
Mobile devices
Sign in to the EE TV app to access your subscription, purchases, rentals and personalised content.
- Open the EE TV app.
- Select Sign in.
- Enter your EE ID email address and password.
- Complete any verification steps if prompted.
Sign in with TV Provider
TV Provider is an Apple feature that lets you link your EE TV subscription to your Apple Account. Once signed in, you'll automatically be signed in to EE TV on other compatible Apple devices that are signed in to the same Apple Account.
Web Player
You can also watch EE TV on a Windows PC using the EE TV Web Player.
- Open the EE TV Web Player.
- Select Sign in.
- Enter your EE ID email address and password.
Sign in problems
I've forgotten my password
Reset your password using the EE ID password reset page.
It can't find my subscription
Check that:
- You're using the correct email address.
- Your EE TV subscription is active.
- Your EE ID is linked to your EE TV account.
If you're still unable to access your subscription, check that your EE ID is linked to your EE TV account.
I keep getting signed out
Make sure you're using the latest version of the app and have a stable internet connection.
