Does Doro Easy Interface use the Android operating system?
Yes, Doro Easy Interface runs on Android 14. Our proprietary interface is built on top of Android, providing all the functionality of a modern Android device, while featuring a simplified and intuitive design specifically created for users who prefer clarity and ease of use. Should users need to, there is the option to revert the device to a standard Android interface in the menu. Software updates will be made available throughout the devices lifetime.
How does the Doro Secure Button work on Doro Aurora devices?
The Doro Secure Button provides peace of mind with one-touch assistance for Doro Aurora users and their relatives. When pressed, it automatically sends an alert, with your location, to your pre-selected emergency contacts. When a relative, or 'responder', accepts the alert, they are connected to the Doro user via a voice call that is automatically on speakerphone allowing them to talk easily to their relative, no matter the situation. The button is discreetly positioned on the rear of the phone for easy access when needed. Relatives and friends simply need to download the Response by Doro app to their smartphone and follow the set up steps.
Does Doro ClearSound work with hearing aids?
Yes, Doro ClearSound is fully compatible with hearing aids. All Doro Aurora phones are Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC), providing enhanced audio clarity for hearing aid users.
Is a charger included, or do I need to buy the Wireless Charging Stand?
Doro Aurora devices come with a USB-C charging cable in the box, but not a wall plug. If you want a complete and convenient charging solution, check out our Wireless Charging Stand.

  • How a Subscription Plan works

    Set up monthly card payments or top up enough to cover the cost of your Subscription Plan and your Subscription Plan will activate when you make your first call, text or use data.

    Your Subscription Plan will last for up to 30 days, depending on the type you’ve chosen, and will automatically renew after this time if direct card payments are set up or as long as you have enough credit.

    You can call/text 150 to swap between Subscription Plans at any time. Your new Subscription Plan will start when your current one ends.

    The longer you buy Subscription Plans for, the better they get. Every two Subscription Plans you get a free 500MB Data Boost. This Free Boost will be automatically added to your Subscription Plan and every Subscription Plan after that, up to maximum of six boosts. And, with Data Rollover, any unused data now rolls over into the next one you buy, so you get a second chance to use it.

  • Add-ons and other rates

    If you use up any of your Subscription Plan allowances early you can buy extra minutes, texts or data at any time to keep you going until your next Subscription Plan starts.

  • How do I keep my existing number?

    If you’re moving from Orange or T-Mobile, simply order your SIM from our dedicated  Moving to EE section. Once you insert your SIM we’ll automatically move your number and any remaining credit across.

    If you’re moving to us from another network, don’t worry – there’s a simple process all network providers follow to make things easy for everyone. Call your old network to say you’re leaving and they’ll give you a special code called a Port Authorisation Code (PAC) that you’ll need to give us when you receive your new EE SIM through the post or in store.

  • Will the SIM fit my device?

    Yes – our multi SIMs are designed to fit any device, just pop out the size to fit yours.

  • How do I top up?

    You will need to top up to ensure you have enough credit to pay for your next Subscription Plan. You can do this in a number of ways:

    1) Download the EE app to take care of things like topping up and checking your usage allowances

    2) Call 150 and choose top up from the options

    3) Use the E top up card included with your SIM to top up at more than 100,000 shops across the country

  • What happens if I use up my Subscription Plan allowances early?

    If you use up any of your allowances, you can start a new Subscription Plan early. Check you have enough credit and then text NOW to 150. We’ll remove your current Subscription Plan and replace it with a new one.

    If you regularly use up your Subscription Plan allowances early you may want to switch to a bigger Subscription Plan. To do this just log in to EE, click plan and add-ons in the menu, and under Next plan, click CHANGE.

  • The legal bit

    Use your plan allowance to call/text UK mobiles and landlines starting 01, 02 and 03 when in UK. Data allowance in plans or add-ons can also be used in the UK. For information on using your plan abroad, see ee.co.uk/terms for countries and details. 4G phone required for 4G speeds. Call, text or top-up every 180 days or you will be disconnected and lose any credit on your account. Personal use only. Plans automatically recur if sufficient credit. Plan cancelled if it hasn’t recurred within 30 days of previous plan expiry. Opt out at any time. 

    Customers joining EE on a Pay As You Go Plan from 10 March 2023 will have their speed capped at 25 Mbps.

    Card Payments: To pay for plans with a credit/debit card you need to set up a services-on-demand arrangement authorising us to take payment from the credit/debit card you register (“Card Payment”). 10% discount off the cost of your Plan when paying with a credit/debit card. Only available on plans launched in or after 2021. You have 14 days from the date of your first purchase by Card Payment arrangement to change your mind and tell us you want to cancel the arrangement. You will have to pay for any services used during that period. If you pay for recurring services via Card Payment you agree that we can automatically take payment for future recurring services from your card, (“continuous payment authority”). You can cancel your Card Payment and/or continuous payment authority at any time in EE or by calling 150. We will stop your continuous payment authority if you don’t make a call, text or use any data for 90 days.

    Free Boosts: Applied after purchase of 2nd plan. Only on plans £10 or higher. Lasts for plan duration and doesn’t roll over. Maximum of 6 Boosts can be accrued on eligible plans.

    Data Rollover: Data from add-ons or free boosts will not roll over. Buy a new Plan within 7 days of expiry of the original Plan with unused data to qualify. Rollover data lasts for 30 days and will not roll over a second time. Data applied as follows: 1. Rollover data; 2. Core plan allowance; 3. Free Boosts.

    Refer a Friend: The Friend must be over 18, not already an EE customer and must purchase a plan costing £10 or more. Voucher sent by email within 45 days of Friends’ purchase. Full terms apply. See ee.co.uk/terms.

    Extra data promotion offer: Activate your SIM no later than 31.01.2026 to start receiving extra data. Join on the £10, £15 or £20 plan and receive extra data the first six times you purchase the same plan or plan of higher value. 12GB of extra data on a £10 plan, 50GB on a £15 plan and 100GB on a £20 plan. Maximum of six plan purchases then standard plan allowances apply: 8GB for £10, 25GB for £15 and 50GB for £20. Renew your plan within 30 days to keep extra data. Extra data will not roll over. You must purchase your 6th plan before 30.07.2026 to receive extra data on all 6 plans.
