How we share your personal data

We need to share your personal data, including your email address,
with Norton to activate Norton's Dark Web Monitoring and send you
monthly scan results by email. By agreeing, you allow us to share
your data for these purposes. You can change your Dark Web
Monitoring settings at any time in the EE Cyber Security app or My Norton.

It's easy to pay for EE Cyber Security. Just add it to your next mobile
or broadband bill. We’ll send you a text where you can follow the next
steps to activate, download and install your new Cyber Security app.

The legal bit

Add-on:Available to customers on a pay monthly handset, SIM only, laptop or tablet plan, as well as EE Broadband customers. Included on a Full Works plan. Covers 15 devices (EE Cyber Security Multi). The add-on starts as soon as we receive your request. Includes Dark Web Monitoring¹, Device Security, Social Media Monitoring², SMS Security³, Report Card and Password Manager. Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. You can link one account per social media type. 1. Dark Web Monitoring is not available in all countries outside of the UK. Monitored information varies based on country of residence. We do not search for all personal information on all dark web sites, and we may not find all your exposed personal information with this search.

2. Social Media Monitoring is only available on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. On Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and LinkedIn only account takeover feature is available. Does not include monitoring of chats or direct messages. May not identify cyberbullying, explicit, or illegal content or hate speech.
