Entertainment Data Pass: Available as an Inclusive Extra on All Rounder plans with a limited data allowance only. Data used whilst streaming and downloading video content on Netflix, MTV Play, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, TV Player, TNT Sports on discovery+, BritBox, YouTube Kids, BBC iPlayer Kids and Twisted Mirror, and whilst streaming and downloading music content Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, BBC Sounds, Primephonic and Global Player will not be deducted from your plan’s inclusive data allowance. All other data used when you use the apps listed will be deducted from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream content on apps listed via your EE plan. The EE Entertainment Data Pass is for your personal, non-commercial use. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Roam Abroad Pass: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on an All Rounder or Full Works Plan. Included as standard with Full Works for iPhone plans. Access your standard plan allowances in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand plus the EU/EEA (see ee.co.uk/terms for full list of destinations) in addition to the UK. Remember, data fair use policy outside UK of 50GB applies. See ee.co.uk/terms for countries and details. Allowances last until next bill or until used up, whichever comes first. Stay Connected Data: If you have a capped data allowance (i.e. not an unlimited data plan) once you have used up your monthly data allowance your speed will be capped at 0.5Mbps. You will regain access to our fastest speeds upon (1) renewal of your monthly plan allowance, (2) by buying one of our data add-ons, or (3) If you are gifted data by someone else in your family account. Once the data add-on or gifted data runs out, you will return to the capped speed until your monthly plan allowance has renewed. Not available with No Frills plans.
Upgrade Anytime: You can upgrade anytime so long as you have had your plan for at least 15 days and are up to date with all your payments. You’ll have to pass a credit check and your new plan must be of the same or higher value. You may have to pay an early upgrade fee and we’ll tell you this before you upgrade. Your old device must be returned in full working order, be able to power up, with any security features such as Find My iPhone disabled, otherwise damaged/missing device charge may apply, see ee.co.uk/upgrade anytime for charges. Your device cannot be returned so ensure all contacts and data have been backed up before sending it to us.
Data Gifting: Account holder only can gift between pay monthly plans on the same account in increments of 500MB. Unlimited data plans can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance. No gifting to/from Smart Watches, 4G Home, 5G Home or 30-day 4G WiFi or 5G WiFi plans. Data not used in a month does not roll over, allowances are set back to zero at the start of each month. If you are outside your price plans standard countries when your monthly allowances refresh on your bill date the main account holder will not be able to gift data until you return to the UK/EU. Data can only be used in accordance with the plan terms applicable to the receiving line.
Wi-Fi Calling: Available to EE customers with a compatible phone only (use our Device Guides (https://deviceguides.ee.co.uk/?topic=turning-wi-fi-calling-on-or-off) to see if your phone supports WiFi Calling and how to enable it) and access to an active open internet Wi-Fi service. EE accepts no responsibility for the quality, availability or coverage of public Wi-Fi networks and those provided by other ISPs, nor the impact they may have on the quality of calls made using it. UK use only, in some circumstances it may be possible to use whilst abroad. If you make calls using WiFi Calling to local landlines and mobile numbers whilst abroad, you will be charged our standard international rates, which will be treated as a call from the UK to an international number. To avoid these charges whilst abroad turn Wi-Fi calling off in your phone settings. EE calls with Alexa: Available to Consumer and Small Business Pay Monthly mobile and SIM plan customers with a compatible phone and Alexa device. Wi-Fi with broadband internet connection required. EE accepts no responsibility for the quality, availability or coverage of Wi-Fi networks and calls made or received over them. All calls charged as per your EE price plan, see ee.co.uk/priceguides. Calls can be made and received by anyone with access to your Alexa device even when your EE phone is not within range. You are responsible for all call charges incurred. Alexa app required on your EE mobile device. Authorisation from authorised user of Alexa device required. Third party terms and privacy policy apply to your use of the Alexa app and Alexa services. Data Boost: 5GB available to new and existing Pay Monthly phone or 12-month SIM Only customers who sign up to 4G Home or fixed broadband plan. Data allowance boosted by 5GB. Boost added to mobile only and cannot be added to 4G Home device. Data allowance boosted by 20GB if you have both a Pay Monthly phone plan and Fibre Max Broadband. You will lose the 20GB boost if you move to a Pay Monthly SIM Only plan or non-Fibre Max broadband plan at any point, or cancel either plan. Not available with 30 Day SIM Only plans, non-lead Sharer plans or 4G Home devices. You’ll lose the 5GB data boost if you cancel your 4G Home or fixed broadband. In order to retain your data boost when you upgrade or change your Pay Monthly plan, your 4G Home and fixed broadband must still be active and you must be moving to an eligible Pay Monthly plan. Data fair use policy may apply when roaming. One boost per household. Subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or vary the boost at any time.

Extended Warranty: The warranty is only available to new and upgrading customers taking a Pay Monthly Phone, Tablet, Laptop or Watch Plan, purchased directly from EE. You must remain on an eligible Pay Monthly Plan. Your account must be up to date. Your Extended Warranty only covers the original device supplied to you by EE. If your device suffers from electrical or mechanical breakdown through normal use during the warranty period, we will repair it for free. Unlimited Data Plans: 50GB fair use policy applies outside UK. Personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 600GB/month to be non-personal use and have the right to apply traffic management controls to deprioritise your mobile traffic during busy periods or to move you to a business plan. You can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance. Any data boost allowance will be added to the giftable allowance.
