Gamer’s Data Pass: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on a Smart Plan. Data used whilst playing games such as Pokémon Go, FIFA Mobile, Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite and streaming content on Twitch whilst in the countries included in your Plan allowance will not decrement from your plan’s inclusive data allowance. All other data used when you use the Content Apps will decrement from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream content on the Content Apps via your EE plan. This Pass is for your personal, non-commercial use. Roam Further Pass: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on a Smart Plan. Access your standard plan allowances in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand in addition to the UK & EU/EEA. Remember, data fair use policy outside UK of 15GB applies. See ee.co.uk/terms for countries and details. Allowances last until next bill or until used up, whichever comes first. Allowances don’t roll over. Our stable links policy applies, as set out in the Plan Terms. Once you have used up the allowance, or hit your 15GB fair use amount, standard rates apply as set out in the Non-Standard Price Guide.
BT Sport App: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on a Smart Plan. To use the app customers must have a smartphone or tablet containing an EE SIM. Devices must use at least Android 4.1 Windows 10 or iOS 9 operating systems. Some in-app functionality is restricted on Windows 10. To use the app you’ll need a TV licence for the household registered to your EE account. BT Sport is for your personal, non-commercial use in the UK. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Reserve Data: If you have a Smart Plan with a capped data allowance (i.e. not an unlimited data plan) once you have used up your monthly data allowance you will be able to use Reserve Data. You will still be able to access the internet to do the essentials, but we will keep you connected at a capped speed of 2Mbps. You will regain access to our fastest speeds upon (1) renewal of your monthly plan allowance, (2) by buying one of our data add-ons, or (3) If you are gifted data by someone else in your family account. Once the data add-on or gifted data runs out, you will be able to use Reserve Data again
Upgrade Anytime: Smart Plans customers who have purchased directly from EE can upgrade anytime so long as you have had your plan for at least 15 days and are up to date with all your payments. You’ll have to pass a credit check and your new plan must be of the same or higher value. You may have to pay an early upgrade fee and we’ll tell you this before you upgrade. Your old device must be returned in full working order, be able to power up, with any security features such as Find My iPhone disabled, otherwise damaged/missing device charge may apply, see ee.co.uk/upgrade anytime for charges. Your device cannot be returned so ensure all contacts and data have been backed up before sending it to us.
Gifting: Account holder only can gift to other pay monthly plans on the same account in increments of 500MB. Fair use policy applies when gifting large amounts of data 3 months in a row. No gifting to/from Apple Watches, 4GEE Home or 30-day 4GEE Wi-Fi plans. Data not used in a month does not roll over, allowances are set back to zero at the start of each month. Data can only be used in accordance with the plan terms applicable to the receiving line.
Wi-Fi Calling: Available to EE customers with a compatible phone only (use our Device Guides (https://deviceguides.ee.co.uk/?topic=turning-wi-fi-calling-on-or-off) to see if your phone supports WiFi Calling and how to enable it) and access to an active open internet Wi-Fi service. EE accepts no responsibility for the quality, availability or coverage of public Wi-Fi networks and those provided by other ISPs, nor the impact they may have on the quality of calls made using it. UK use only, in some circumstances it may be possible to use whilst abroad. If you make calls using WiFi Calling to local landlines and mobile numbers whilst abroad, you will be charged our standard international rates, which will be treated as a call from the UK to an international number. To avoid these charges whilst abroad turn Wi-Fi calling off in your phone settings. EE calls with Alexa: Available to Consumer and Small Business Pay Monthly mobile and SIM plan customers with a compatible phone and Alexa device. Wi-Fi with broadband internet connection required. EE accepts no responsibility for the quality, availability or coverage of Wi-Fi networks and calls made or received over them. All calls charged as per your EE price plan, see ee.co.uk/priceguides. Calls can be made and received by anyone with access to your Alexa device even when your EE phone is not within range. You are responsible for all call charges incurred. Data Boost: 5GB available to new and existing Pay Monthly phone or 12-month SIM Only customers who sign up to 4GEE Home or fixed broadband plan. Data allowance boosted by 5GB. Boost added to mobile only and cannot be added to 4GEE Home device. Data allowance boosted by 20GB if you have both a Pay Monthly phone plan and Fibre Max Broadband. You will lose the 20GB boost if you move to a Pay Monthly SIM Only plan or non-Fibre Max broadband plan at any point, or cancel either plan. Not available with 30 Day SIM Only plans, non-lead Sharer plans or 4GEE Home devices. You’ll lose the 5GB data boost if you cancel your 4GEE Home or fixed broadband. In order to retain your data boost when you upgrade or change your Pay Monthly plan, your 4GEE Home and fixed broadband must still be active and you must be moving to an eligible Pay Monthly plan.
