Moving from Orange to EE - Your bills explained

Please answer a question or two below and we will explain what you can expect over the next couple of months when you move to EE.

1. Has your line been moved to an existing EE account?

2. Did you pay a deposit when you moved to EE? (Please note: This isn't the same as the phone cost, or upfront cost. You only need to answer "Yes" if you were advised on the phone or in one of our stores that a deposit would be required.)
