EE One explained: how to qualify and what you get

This article covers how, if you combine your EE mobile and broadband under one EE ID, you automatically become an EE One customer. This lets you manage both plans together and access exclusive rewards every Friday with EE One Up.

Get more from EE with EE One

If you already have one EE service, adding the other automatically makes you EE One. It happens when you have EE Mobile and EE Broadband linked to the same EE ID.

You could be eligible for:

  • unlimited mobile data
  • up to £20 off new or upgraded mobile plans
  • 30-day rolling contracts.

For full details on EE One, please review the EE One terms and conditions.

How to become an EE One customer

To become an EE One customer, you need:

  1. An EE Mobile plan.
Most plans are eligible, except pay as you go, smartwatch, fixed wireless, and plans costing less than £12 a month after all discounts are applied.
  2. An EE Core, Premium or Ultimate Broadband plan.
  3. One EE ID to link them together.

Once both plans are linked under the same EE ID, you are EE One.

Questions about EE One

When you link your broadband and mobile plans under one EE ID, eligible mobile plans will automatically receive an unlimited data boost. If the plan already has unlimited data, you won’t receive an additional boost, but you’ll still qualify for exclusive savings on additional SIMs and handsets.

If you cancel either your EE Broadband or EE Mobile service, you’ll no longer be eligible for EE One benefits, including the unlimited data boost and exclusive household savings. If you cancel EE TV only, your EE One eligibility will continue as long as your broadband and mobile services remain active.
