Linking your EE products to your EE ID

Link your mobile and broadband to your EE ID to keep everything in one place. This guide outlines the details you need, how to link your products, and what to do if something doesn’t appear.

Information needed to link your EE products

Mobile customers 

We’ll just need your EE mobile number, and we’ll send you a text so you can confirm it’s yours.

Broadband customers

You'll need:

  • your account number
  • some customers may also need a few personal details – your name, contact email and mobile number

How to link your EE products to your EE ID

Once you’ve created your EE ID, log in and you should be asked to link products automatically.

If you need to link more products, you can do this in the EE app:

  • select Manage, scroll to the bottom of the screen
  • select Link a product
  • select either EE Mobile or EE Broadband
  • add the details requested

 

You can also do this online:

  • log in to the EE website
  • scroll to the bottom of the page
  • select Link a device
  • select either EE Mobile or EE Broadband
  • add the details requested
