What you need before you start
You will need different details depending on the product you are linking:
If you are linking an EE mobile
- Your EE mobile number.
- We will send you a text message to confirm the number is yours as part of the process.
If you are linking EE Broadband
- Your account number.
- Some customers may also need personal details, such as your name, contact email, and mobile number.
Link a product using the EE app
- Log in to the EE app.
- Choose Manage, then scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Choose Link a product.
- Choose EE Mobile or EE Broadband.
- Enter the details requested and follow the on-screen steps.
Link a product online
- Log in to the EE website.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Choose Link a device.
- Choose EE Mobile or EE Broadband.
- Enter the details requested and follow the on-screen steps.
What happens next
Once your product is linked, it should appear in your account straight away. You can then view and manage it from your EE login.

If you cannot link a product
If your product does not appear or linking fails:
- Double-check the details you entered, including your account number or mobile number.
- Make sure you are logging in with the correct EE login for that product.
- Try linking again using the EE app if linking online does not work.
