Nothing earbuds when buying a Nothing Phone 3a or 3a Pro

This article details the available offer for EE customers to claim Nothing Ear white earbuds when purchasing a new Nothing Phone 3a or 3a Pro between 2 June and 1 August 2025.

Eligibility

Any purchase of a new Nothing Phone 3a or 3a Pro between 2 June and 1 August 2025. 

Gift claims must be submitted between 1 July 2025 and 23:59 (BST) on 1 October 2025. Claims received after the end date or otherwise not within the claim period will not be eligible for a gift.

Exclusions

Maximum of one (1) Gift per Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Gifts per household.

To claim your gift

Go to https://nothingee-redemption.co.uk and complete the claim form with:

  • your name
  • contact information
  • other requested information, including but not limited to the product serial number, delivery address
  • submit it together with a copy of your proof of purchase

 

You'll need to enter and upload a photo of the IMEI number from your device.

Claims must be submitted between 1 July 2025 and 23:59 (BST) on 1 October 2025.

The legal bit

Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter upon entry of a Claim. Please note that Claims received may take up to seven (7) days to be​​ validated from the date of receipt of a Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their order has been ​confirmed and ​dispatched. 

If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participants responsibility to contact the Promoter's customer service team by email at nothingeecs@exertis.co.uk providing the IMEI number and proof of purchase ​​​​within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with these Terms and the expiration of the Returns Period, the Gift will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a dispatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the later of (i) the Claim being validated; or (ii) the expiration of the Returns Period, to the postal address provided in the Claim.
