Galaxy Tab A9 Plus when buying a Samsung S25

This article details the available offer for EE customers who buy a buying a new Samsung S25/S25+/S25 Ultra/Flip 6/Fold 6 between 21 May 2025- 26 June 2025.

Eligibility

EE customers can claim Galaxy Tab A9 Plus 128GB when buying a new Samsung S25/S25+/S25 Ultra/Flip 6/Fold 6 between 21 May 2025- 26 June 2025.

Exclusions

Maximum one (1) Claim per eligible product. Maximum four (4) claims per household. Maximum one hundred (100) claims per business customer.

To claim your gift

Claim directly with Samsung within 30 days of purchase by going to https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/summerupgrade/en-GB, and: 

  • upload a valid Proof of Purchase (receipt, order confirmation, order confirmation email, delivery note)
  • enter the date of purchase
  • your name
  • address
  • mobile number
  • email address
  • the IMEI number of the new phone (in the case of dual SIM models, only IMEI No1 should be submitted). 

If you are asked to provide an invoice number, you can enter your order number in this field. You must keep hold of your order confirmation email or delivery note for proof of purchase 

Last date to claim is 26 July 2025 Samsung will endeavour to dispatch the gift within 45 days of claim validation.

If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Rewards. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims. Rewards will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim.
