Book cover keyboard when buying a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE

This article details the available offer for EE customers to claim an AI Book Cover Keyboard Slim when purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE or S10 FE+ between 4 June 2025 and 24 June 2025.

Eligibility

If you've bought a Galaxy Tab S10FE or S10FE+ between 4 June 2025 and 24 June 2025 you can claim one.

Exclusions

You can only claim one for each qualifying product, up to a maximum of four in the same household or 10 if it's a business.

To claim your gift

You need to go to https://samsungoffers.claims/tablettopup. You must upload proof of purchase and provide all other required information.

You'll need to have bought:

  • Galaxy S10FE - SM-X520N
  • Galaxy S10FE - SM-X526B (cellular version)
  • Galaxy S10FE+ - SM-X620N
  • Galaxy S10FE+ - SM-X626B (cellular version)

The details you'll need include:

  • date of purchase
  • invoice\Receipt number
  • place of purchase (The retailer)
  • method of purchase (online or in a store)
  • the device IMEI number (cellular models only)
  • the devices serial number (non-cellular models)

All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase, for example if you bought it on 24 June 2025 then you must claim it no later than 23:59 on 24 July 2025.

Need to know

Finding the IMEI/Serial numbers

  • check the label with the barcode on the box it came in
  • go into Settings > About Tablet
  • if it's a cellular model you can dial *#06# on the phone app dialler, and it'll be displayed

The legal bit

If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Rewards.

Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.

Rewards will be dispatched via recorded delivery and accompanied by a despatch notification email, within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated to the postal address provided in the Claim.
