Different ways to get Apple Music
You can get Apple Music through EE as:
- an Inclusive Extra
- an add-on, with a 6-month free offer
- a monthly subscription
6-month free offer
The 6-month free period starts as soon as you add Apple Music, so make sure to activate it as soon as possible.
You'll get a reminder when the free period is about to end. When it does, your subscription will continue and you’ll be charged through your EE Mobile bill, unless you cancel.
In the first payment month, you will see two charges. One is pro rata for the rest of the current billing period, the other is an advance charge for the coming month.

Need to know
If you've already had the free trial, and then cancelled it, you'll only be able to add Apple Music as a chargeable add-on.
Monthly subscription
- Download and log in to the EE App.
- Select Shop.
- Select Apps and Subscriptions.
- Select Apple Music.
- You can then add it to your basket and check out.
Once the order's finished, you'll be taken to the Apple website to activate it.
Need to know
If you already have a subscription with the provider, cancel it with them first. To manage it in the EE app, you’ll need to buy it again through us.
Using Apple Music
Open the Apple Music app on your device and sign in with your Apple ID. You can then stream music, download tracks for offline listening, and build your library across all supported devices.
