All about Reward Cards

Learn how to claim, activate, and use your EE Reward Card. Find out what to do if your card doesn’t arrive or if you have issues using it.

Who can get a Reward Card

You can get a Reward Card if you have: 

  • EE Broadband
  • EE Mobile through Flex Pay

To qualify for a Reward Card you'll need to: 

  • complete your order 
  • take an eligible Broadband package or a Pay Monthly Flex Pay plan
  • have an active line for at least 140 days
  • pay all your bills in full and on time 

To make sure your purchase tracks you'll also need to: 

  • switch off ad blockers, a VPN, or disabled cookies during your order

 

How to get your Reward Card

  1. Go to ee.co.uk. Purchases must be completed on the EE website. 
  2. Buy EE Broadband or the EE Mobile Pay Monthly Flex Pay plan that has a Reward Card in the promotion. 
  3. Share your details with Giftcloud during the purchase journey and consent to receive emails.
  4. Wait for your broadband line or mobile account to be installed and activated .
  5. Connect your plan to EEID.
  6. Receive an email from Giftcloud with a link to your reward. This can take up to 140 days after your Broadband or Pay Monthly activation.
  7.  Activate the Reward Card within 90 days and use within 12 months from the date of the activation. 

If you haven’t received your Reward Card

If your still waiting to receive your reward after 140 days, contact Giftcloud at hello@giftcloud.com. You’ll get a reply within 3 working days.

You may not get your Gift Card if:

  • you don't qualify
  • you've missed a payment 
  • you've had your service suspended. 
  • you've used a discount and another promotion

Make sure to check your spam folder for emails from noreply@giftcloud.com

If you have issues using your Reward Card

If you have issues using your Reward Card, email Giftcloud at hello@giftcloud.com and include:

  • your 15-character order token from your confirmation email
  • your EE Broadband or Mobile order number
  • a copy of your first EE Broadband or Mobile bill

The offer will vary and may be run on selected EE Broadband or EE Mobile Flex Pay plans only. Campaigns may not run all the time. This offer is available to new customers only, and not available for purchases made via the telephone, in-store or web chat. Other exclusions apply and are listed in the offer’s terms and conditions. Reward cards are issued by Giftcloud, a third-party provider. Reward Cards connected to EE Mobile Flex Pay plans will be based on the value of the airtime tariff selected not including the device loan. For broadband customers the value will be based on the base broadband price not including any add-ons.
