On 31 March each year our monthly prices will increase by £4 for broadband, £2 for TV and £2.50 for mobile SIM and Airtime and £1.50 for Connected Devices. Out of bundle charges (such as the charge for making calls outside of your allowance and the EU daily charge) will increase by 5%. See ee.co.uk/prices-explained for details. All prices shown are in contract prices. The cost of other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you are an EE customer.
Early Phone Swap: Available to customers in the last 12 months of a 36-month device credit agreement taken from 15 September 2025. Eligibility is subject to the following:
- You must return your current phone and enter into a new 36-month device credit agreement with a 24-month airtime contract. Your account must be up to date, and you’ll have to pass our credit check and assessment for your new phone.
- Your current phone must have been purchased from EE, be in full working order, be able to power up, have any security features such as Find My Phone disabled and it must not have been reported as either lost, blocked, or stolen.
- Your current phone must have a minimum value of £100, which will be assessed at EE’s sole discretion.
If you do not return your current phone after Early Phone Swap , you will continue to pay the remaining balance of your loans. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or withdraw the Early Phone Swap program at any time, without any prior notice. Further eligibility requirements may apply.

EE One: New and re-contracting EE broadband customers become EE One customers by adding unlimited data mobile SIMs from just £11.50 a month (for SIMS with capped speeds of 10Mbps). Savings based on the cost of identical EE SIM plans to non-EE broadband customers. Existing EE mobile customers will also be boosted to unlimited data on all pay monthly SIM plans on your account charged at £10 a month or more. You will be able to switch to the unlimited data mobile SIMs from just £11.50 a month on your current plans when they become eligible for upgrade. Not compatible with any other discount, including Multi-line discount. If you cancel your EE broadband plan, you will no longer be an EE One customer and all EE Mobile benefits will be removed. Savings based on the cost of identical EE SIM plans to non-EE One members.
Pay Monthly Mobile Plans: 24 month minimum term. The upfront cost you pay for the device applies as you are agreeing to a 24 month plan at the monthly cost shown. Subject to terms and credit check. Monthly charges assume online billing. Allowances for use in the UK (excluding Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man) & Republic of Ireland. A daily charge applies to use allowances in the EU/EEA unless you have an add-on or Inclusive Extra that includes EU Roaming. Unlimited Plans: 50GB fair use policy applies outside UK. Personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 600GB/month to be non-personal use and have the right to apply traffic management controls to deprioritise your mobile traffic during busy periods or to move you to a business plan. You can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance. Any data boost allowance will be added to the giftable allowance.
Stay Connected Data: If you have a capped data allowance (i.e. not an unlimited data plan) once you have used up your monthly data allowance your speed will be capped at 0.5Mbps. You will regain access to our fastest speeds upon (1) renewal of your monthly plan allowance, (2) by buying one of our data add-ons, or (3) If you are gifted data by someone else in your family account. Once the data add-on or gifted data runs out, you will return to the capped speed until your monthly plan allowance has renewed. Not available with No Frills plans.
Inclusive Extras: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on an All Rounder Plan or Full Works Plan (excluding Full Works for iPhone). Once you’ve chosen, you can change your Inclusive Extra thereafter every 30 days. Choose your Inclusive Extra at purchase, via EE or by texting 150, for more details go to ee.co.uk/passes. We may at any time change the range of Inclusive Extras available, the content of Inclusive Extras or the minimum length of time each must be active for. Each Inclusive Extra may take up to 24 hours to activate. Content Inclusive Extras are provided by third parties and the content available may change from time to time. Third party subscriptions may be required.
TNT Sports on discovery+: Devices must use at least Android 5, Windows 10 or iOS 15 operating systems. TV licence for the household registered to your EE account required (including app use only). TNT Sports on discovery+ is for your personal, non-commercial use in the UK. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. It's your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content available via the app may change from time to time. When you download and use the discovery+ app, you will use data that will be deducted from your price plan's inclusive allowance. Apple Music: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Apple Music is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Requires a handset using either iOS 10 or Android 5 or later. Apple TV: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Only available to iOS users. Apple TV is for your personal, non-commercial use only. To redeem requires an iPhone using iOS 12.3 or later. To access content required a device using iOS12.3 or later, Mac with macOS Catalina and Apple TV with tvOS 12.3. Apple ID required. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. Content is variable and may be withdrawn at any time. UK use only. Apple TV terms apply. Extended Warranty: The warranty is only available to new and upgrading customers taking a Pay Monthly Phone, Tablet, Laptop or Watch Plan, purchased directly from EE. You must remain on an eligible Pay Monthly Plan. Your account must be up to date. Your Extended Warranty only covers the original device supplied to you by EE. If your device suffers from electrical or mechanical breakdown through normal use during the warranty period, we will repair it for free. WiFi Calling: EE pay monthly customers with compatible phone only (check compatibility at ee.co.uk/wificallingphones). Wi-Fi with broadband internet connection required. EE accepts no responsibility for the quality, availability or coverage of Wi-Fi networks and calls made or received over them. All calls or texts charged as per your EE price plan, see ee.co.uk/priceguides. Wi-Fi Calling is only supported by the EE version of Android and Windows devices, which can only be bought directly from us in one of our stores, online at ee.co.uk, or through our telesales team. Android and Windows devices bought from other retailers will not be able to support Wi-Fi Calling.
Data gifting: Account holder only can gift between pay monthly plans on the same account in increments of 500MB. Unlimited data plans can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance. No gifting to/from Smart Watches, 4G Home, 5G Home or 30-day 4G WiFi or 5G WiFi plans. Data not used in a month does not roll over, allowances are set back to zero at the start of each month. If you are outside your price plans standard countries when your monthly allowances refresh on your bill date the main account holder will not be able to gift data until you return to the UK/EU. Data can only be used in accordance with the plan terms applicable to the receiving line.
Exclusive EE offers for BT Broadband customers: Existing BT Broadband customers joining EE on a Pay Monthly SIM plan are entitled to a 30% discount on the monthly plan price and double data. Double data applied to core data allowance. This offer applies to the first line on the EE account only. You can only have one double data offer per line. Consumer Plans only. Not compatible with any other offer, unless we tell you otherwise. Both accounts must be registered at the same address. One eligible EE account per BT account. If either the EE or BT account has an outstanding overdue balance, the discount and double data will be removed.
