Yes. To keep your number, you'll need a PAC code. Just text PAC from your plusnet mobile to 65075 and you'll get your code in less than a minute. Then, add your PAC code as part of your order. When you receive and activate your new EE SIM, your number will be transferred over.

All of these plans come with maxium data speeds of 100 Mbps. This means you can enjoy Ultra HD streaming, live stream gaming, uninterrupted internet browsing and fast up/downloads.

There are many things that affect the speed you get, such as the device you have, where you are in the country and your surroundings (trees, thick walls and tall buildings). Using your phone at peak times and even the weather can also affect your speeds.

On 31 March each year our monthly prices will increase by £3 for broadband, £2 for TV and £1.50 for mobile SIM, Airtime and Connected Devices. Out of bundle charges will increase by 5%. Stay Connected: If you have a capped data allowance (i.e. not an unlimited data plan) once you have used up your monthly data allowance your speed will be capped at 0.5Mbps.  You will regain access to our fastest speeds upon (1) renewal of your monthly plan allowance, (2) by buying one of our data add-ons, or (3) If you are gifted data by someone else in your family account.  Once the data add-on or gifted data runs out, you will return to the capped speed.
