You can find Aimee in the EE app. 

  1. Download and open the EE app.
  2. Go to Help, bottom right corner of your screen.
  3. Scroll down to Talk to us.
  4. Select Message us.
  5. On Message us screen, you can review a previous conversation or start a new one by selecting New Conversation.
  6. Type in your question
