Superfast no-contact deliveries with expert remote set-up

We’re committed to keeping you and our experts safe through the coronavirus pandemic. That’s why we’ve adapted our Enjoy service to respect social distancing rules. Same superfast delivery, now with remote expert set-up over the phone.

In-store delivery

Due to store closures in England as part of the government announcement, if you have requested to pick up your recent order via a retail store we've changed your delivery to the address on your account. Your order will be dispatched as soon as stock is available.

Whether it's mobile signal problems or broadband connection issues, you can find help in our guides or get support from the My EE Community to keep you online for as long as your working from home. 


Coronavirus installation update

Most connections, upgrades, installations and repairs are still going ahead as normal but engineer visits might be cancelled or delayed if an engineer needs to enter your home.

Remember, many of our packages can be installed without an engineer. We’ll just post you a hub and you can set yourself up without a home visit.

Helping you stay up to date

We’ve made it free to visit the NHS online, and to use the NHS COVID-19 app. This means you won’t use data (even if you’ve run out). Calls to NHS 111 are free too.

We’re working with the UK government to make sure you get the latest official advice and guidance on coronavirus via text message. These messages are sent by us, but we are doing this on behalf of ‘UK Gov’. We have not shared any information we hold about you with the UK government to do this. Keep up to date with the latest UK government travel guidance for travelling abroad during the coronavirus pandemic.

Here’s a great resource if you want to do more stuff online. BT Skills for Tomorrow is packed full of great ways to keep the kids entertained, teach them digital skills and keep them safe online.

Plus, there are loads of simple tools for anyone to learn the basics like setting up video calls, shopping and accessing GP services online.
