Here are a few things to try:

  1. Turn your device off and on again.

  2. Check your SIM card’s inserted properly.

  3. Clean your SIM with a lint-free cloth to remove any dust.

  4. Get a PUK code if you’ve entered the PIN incorrectly too many times.

  5. Fill in our form to order a new SIM.

If you’re putting your SIM in a new device, it might be locked to another network. You’ll get an error message or be asked to enter an unlocking code if it is.

If it is locked, use one of these links to get it unlocked:
