You might be interested in a SIM only plan if:
- you’ve got a phone you already love and want a great deal on minutes, texts and data
- it’s time to upgrade but you don’t want a new phone
- you want a little more flexibility – you can sign up to a SIM Only plan for 30 days or 12 months

Can I upgrade from a SIM Only plan to a phone plan?
Yes. If you want a new phone and are a new customer, you can upgrade once you’ve been on a SIM Only plan for six months.
If you’ve been on your plan for six months or more, you can upgrade from a SIM Only plan onto a phone plan at any time, and we'll give you £20 off the price of the phone.
If you want a new phone and are on a 12-month SIM Only plan, you can upgrade once you’ve been on your plan for six months. If you are on a 30-day SIM Only plan, you can upgrade at any time.
What if I go over my SIM Only allowance?
We’ll send a text if you’ve used all of your SIM Only allowance.
You can buy an add-on of extra minutes, messages, data or services to use until your monthly allowance renews.
