Please note: this offer will not replace your existing Prime subscription.

What if I have an existing Prime Video subscription?

What if I have an existing Prime Video subscription?

If you have an existing standalone Prime Video subscription, you'll need to cancel this account with Amazon first before claiming this offer - unless you choose to register for an additional Prime Video account using a secondary email address.

To cancel your existing Prime Video account:

Go to www.amazon.co.uk/gp/primecentral/

Will Prime Video use my plan’s data allowance?

Will Prime Video use my plan’s data allowance?

No, when you subscribe to Prime Video using this offer the data will be on us for the first six months when you stream content, so your data allowance is unaffected.

You do however need to make sure you have some data remaining in your monthly data allowance otherwise streaming content from the app will not work.

Please note: at the end of this offer, any data you use to stream content from the Prime Video app will then come out your monthly data allowances.

Will the data I use on Prime Video still be on EE when I travel abroad?

Will the data I use on Prime Video still be on EE when I travel abroad?

The data will be on us anywhere your plan allows inclusive roaming. This means you'll be able to watch Prime Video with the data on us in all EU countries and, if you have an EE Max plan, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.

However if you're roaming in a country that isn't included in your price plan then you’ll need to buy a roaming pass to be able to use the Prime Video app abroad.

Good to know:

To see a full list of roaming destinations included in your plan:

> Log in to My EE

Please note: you'll be able to use the Prime Video app abroad but the content available may differ between countries due to entertainment rights agreements.

Can I watch Prime Video on my TV?

Can I watch Prime Video on my TV?

Yes, you can use your Amazon ID and password to log into multiple devices including Smart TVs, game consoles and streaming devices like Amazon Fire Stick and Apple TV.

It's also possible to cast from the Prime Video app to your TV but it'll depend on your device and the method of casting you’re using and isn’t always guaranteed. For more details on casting the Prime Video app go to www.primevideo.com/help

When will I start being charged for Prime Video?

When will I start being charged for Prime Video?

You'll be charged after your six months on us runs out. After that you'll roll onto a monthly subscription that will appear on your bill at £5.99 each month.

We'll text you a few weeks before the end of your offer date to let you know you'll be moving onto a paid subscription. We'll also text you again on the day you move.

Please note: once the offer ends, the monthly subscription cost for Prime Video does not include data on us. Therefore any data you use to stream content from the Prime Video app will come out your plan's monthly data allowances.

What happens if I change my plan or phone number during the Prime Video offer period?

What happens if I change my plan or phone number during the Prime Video offer period?

If you change your plan or phone number during the offer period, the offer will still continue unaffected. We'll automatically move the offer to your new plan, or phone number, and you'll be able to use Prime Video for the remainder of the six months.

However if you decide to leave EE during the offer period, the offer will cease and access to Prime Video will be removed immediately and you'll need to re-subscribe directly with Amazon to continue your membership at £5.99 per month

How do I cancel my Prime Video subscription?
