Within 30 days of purchase, you'll receive an SMS, email or letter (depending on what information you've supplied to us) containing a link to our accessory site.

On our accessory site (managed by our partner Kondor), you can choose from either the bayonet or screw light bulb bundle and when you add the bundle to your basket, it'll show as free if you've used the link sent to you. Then you just need to enter your delivery details and your Smart Home bundle should arrive within five working days.

If you don't get an SMS, email or letter within 30 days of your purchase:

We aim to deliver within five working days of your order being placed but this time may increase during busy times, such as Easter or during sales periods.

Please allow up to 28 days before reporting non-delivery of your order.

Yes, if your order is being delivered by a third party courier you should receive an email from them directly with a tracking number and a link to their website. You can then use this tracking number on their website to track the delivery of your order. 

If you're out when a delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card through your letterbox advising on how to organise a re-delivery or a collection from their depot.

Unfortunately, we're unable to guarantee delivery on a specific day.

If you cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase, you'll no longer be eligible for the free Smart home bundle. If you choose to cancel your plan within the first 18 months of your plan, you’ll have to return your Smart Home bundle within 14 days, or you’ll be charged £169.99 for the cost of the bundle without the promotional offer.
