What's included with Apple TV+?
Apple TV+ is a streaming service that brings you Apple Original series and films, available to watch in the Apple TV app across all Apple devices as well as stream on boxes, sticks and smart TVs.
There is access for family members, and new Apple Originals are added every month.
How do I select Apple TV+ as an Inclusive Extra?
To select Apple TV+ as your Inclusive Extra on an eligible All Rounder and Full Works plan:
- log in to EE or use the EE app
- go to Menu > Plans, Smart Benefits & add-ons
- select Smart Benefits and follow the steps to select the pass
Alternatively you can choose your Inclusive Extras by text:
- text PICK to 150 to select a Smart Benefit
How do I set up Apple TV+?
After picking Apple TV+ as your Inclusive Extra you will receive a text from us with an activation code included. Select the link and follow the steps to sign up directly with Apple.
What happens if I select Apple TV+ as an Inclusive Extra when I'm currently paying for it?
If you're currently subscribed to Apple TV+, you will need to cancel your existing subscription before you choose it as an Inclusive Extra. Once you get confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled, you can choose it as an Inclusive Extra.
Do I need to sign a contract for Apple TV+?
If you've chosen Apple TV+ as your Inclusive Extra, there are no additional charges or contracts to sign.
Can I watch Apple TV+ on my TV?
Apple TV+ can only be watched through the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Mac and Apple TV, as well as compatible Smart TVs and streaming services.
The Apple TV app is already preloaded on your Apple devices. Just open the app and tap Apple TV+. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS.
How do I cancel Apple TV+ as an Inclusive Extra?
If you have Apple TV+ as an Inclusive Extra on an All Rounder or Full Works plan:
- log in to EE or use the EE app
- go to Menu > Plans, Smart Benefits & add-ons
- select Smart Benefits and follow the steps to remove the pass
